    The minimum working range of Logo series relative pressure sensor is 2kpa. The design is based on mems and IC technology. Our company¡¯s product is cheap but with good quality. The technology assures that the PN junction reverse current is less than 10¨C10A, so that the chip is in small size, high sensitive, good linear and sensitivity, low tcs and super reliable. The product is ideal for pulse measuring, high speed analyzing for small amount material, breath monitoring system, breath machine, pressure switch,environment control, liquid level control,air flow, filtering monitor, HAV fan control and all kinds of leakage detection systems.
